DOSI Deep-Sea Round-Up

This watercolour Pacific footballfish (Himantolophus sagamius) was painted by Dr Hayley Brazier, a marine environmental historian and Curator of Natural History at the High Desert Museum in Oregon. Hayley began painting marine creatures while writing her dissertation on the development of deep seafloor technologies in the northeast Pacific Ocean, which she is currently reworking into a book.
